Madelyn turned the big 2 years old on March 28th!

Madelyn had a blast this past Saturday at her birthday party! As you can see on the slide show it was a Mickey and Minnie Mouse party (Madelyn loves Minnie Mouse). She had fun with all her friends playing in the yard on her swing set and on her new trampoline. Unlike her first birthday party, she would not have anything to do with her cake (but everyone else enjoyed it). She got all kind of cool things for her birthday. She has been playing hard Sunday and today with all her new stuff.

Happy Easter!

We had a great Easter. We spent the weekend with Patrick's parents in Callaway Gardens. We enjoying walking around, riding bikes, seeing the butterfly center and all the flowers, and coloring easter eggs. Brooks is into puting everything in the mouth so there was no doubt that the easter egg would go in there too!

Off for a Stroll

Madelyn enjoyed strolling Brooks around the house! She is going to be a great little mommy one day. We love playtime around our house - it gets interesting sometimes! Especially with a two year old! "Are we going to the grocery store?" "Why am I in my sister's grocery cart?" says Brooks!

We went to see Playhouse Disney with Friends!

Madelyn and Clay had so much fun this past Saturday at Playhouse Disney at the BJCC. This was Madelyn's first event like this and she did very well. Although, she was afraid of the rocket ship from the Little Einstein's. It was quite amusing.

Mommy's Princess is showing off her new shoes that her Nana gave her. Madelyn loves playing with shoes (especially Mommy's and Daddy's)!

First food experience

Well, we introduced Brooks to cereal for the first time on Tuesday, March 4th. He makes the funniest faces when I put the food in his mouth (like: "what is the world is this stuff" and "Do I have to eat it?"). For the first week, he has had cereal and bananas. Yum Yum!!

Day at the Zoo

Our family went to the zoo and had a blast. Madelyn just stared at all the animals in amazement! She loves to name all the animals. Well, Brooks slept the whole time we were there in his little pumpkin seat (I guess he enjoyed the back of his eyelids instead of the animals)!
