We are enjoying our family pass to the McWane. Today we went with friends, since it is freezing outside. The girls and Brooks had a ball. Brooks' favorite spot is the water table. You will see above that all three of them are playing together at first and the girls quickly moved because B-man was dumping water everywhere. He was soaking wet by the end.

Brooks is going shopping for groceries! By the way: Does anyone know where those little "customers in training" buggies went that grocery stores used to have? Maybe I don't go to the ones that have them. :)

We had an awesome Easter weekend! We are so glad that we serve a risen Savior!!! It is so cute to hear Madelyn talk about Jesus and how He died on the cross for our sins. Our weekend started with a church play group egg hunt at our house Friday morning. We had a good turnout and the children had a blast hunting eggs and most of all looking at all the goodies inside the eggs. On Friday night, Patrick and I had a date night (a nice dinner and then we went to see Wicked). It was great! On Saturday, we died eggs with Madelyn and Brooks. Brooks was so funny because he would throw (literally) the eggs in the colored water and it would splash everywhere (typical boy stunt, I guess). Then we did a little family egg hunt. There was coins in the eggs this time and they got to give that money they hunted to Jesus on Easter as an offering. The Easter Bunny visited our house and they loved what he brought. On Easter, we went to church and had an awesome service and then enjoyed brunch with my sister's family at Cracker Barrel. We ended the weekend, having a BIG dinner with some good friends/neighbors at our house. We had honey baked ham, several casseroles, deviled eggs, etc. Yum, Yum!!!
